Heather Heidelbaugh is an Equity Partner in the Litigation Practice Group of Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl LLC, and is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled a wide variety of litigation matters for business and individuals. Heather focuses her practice primarily on litigation, oil and gas, intellectual property, product liability and election law litigation. She is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America, a national legal honorary society.
Heather is a well-known public commentator on issues related to politics, law and elections. She appeared weekly on WQED-TV as a panelist on "4802," a public affairs program in Pittsburgh and has been quoted by a number of national and local television shows and publications. She served on the Allegheny County Council as an At-Large Member.

She was recognized by the Republican National Lawyers Association and the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office:
Heather was chosen as the sole recipient of the Republican National Lawyers Association ("RNLA") 2015 Betty Murphy Award. She received the award during the RNLA's 30th Annual National Policy Conference that took place in March at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. Heather was selected for the Betty Murphy Award for being "an unsung hero, member, trailblazer, with entrepreneurial spirit, a community service leader, and an organization builder who inspires others' efforts." Heather has been involved with the RNLA since 2000. She founded the RNLA's Pittsburgh Chapter. As the second-longest serving member of the organization, she has served as RNLA Membership, Professional Services, and Election Education Vice Presidents. She was most recently RNLA's national Co-Chair.
Heather was also recognized as a 2015 Woman of Achievement at the 10th Annual Allegheny County District Attorney's Office Women of Achievement Awards that took place in March at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh. Hosted by District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala, the Women of Achievement Awards are a celebration of Women's History Month (March) and honor 20 successful, prominent women from the Greater Pittsburgh region. Heather was selected for the award based on excellence in her field, significant contributions to the betterment of the community, and outstanding accomplishments for the advancement of women.
She represented the Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania in their voter fraud lawsuit against ACORN. In 2009, she testified before the United States House Committee on the Judiciary regarding her work on the ACORN lawsuit.
She is a member of the executive board of the Republican National Lawyers Association.
She serves as a member of the Allegheny County Council and was elected to the "At-Large position in 2010"
She is a regular panelist on "4802," a program on WQED (TV).

She also resides in Mt. Lebanon with her two children. The oldest, her daughter Olivia Nourie, is a graduate of The Penn State University in State College and the youngest, her son Blake Nourie, attends University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri; Heather's alma mater.
