David Wayne Spade (born July 22, 1964) is an American actor, standing comedian, writer, and television personality. He became famous in the 1990s as a cast member on Saturday Night Live, then began his successful acting career in film and television. She also starred in or starred in the movies of Tommy Boy , Black Sheep , Joe Dirt , Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Spotlight , Grown Ups , and Grown Ups 2 , among others.
He has also been part of the ensemble echoes of two long-running sitcoms: Just Shoot Me! (1997-2003) and Rules of Engagement (2007-2013). He also starred as C. J. Spade was born in Birmingham, Michigan to Judith J. (nà © Å © e Meek), a magazine writer and editor, and Wayne M. Spade, a sales representative. In the mid-80s he also did a "stand up" on Monday night comedy show at Greasy Tony's Pizza in Tempe, Arizona.

With the help of comedian friend and comedian Dennis Miller, he joined Saturday Night Live in 1988. In 1990, Spade was a regular player and writer. While there, he was known for sarcasm, and his characters in a number of sketches became a hit. Some of them include a flight attendant for "Total Bastard Airlines" who bid "Buh-Bye" a disdain for every passenger while landing; a receptionist for Dick Clark who, as a matter of policy, asks people indiscriminately, "And you?"; and a sarcastic Hollywood Minute reporter who communicates with celebrities using a single sentence. According to an interview with Spade, most of the material he wrote at the beginning of his time in SNL was given to Dana Carvey to appear on the show. Because of his relatively low level of work, he is threatened to be fired as a player, until the segment "Hollywood Minute" secures his position.
The most famous "Hollywood Minute" moment occurred in 1996 when a picture appeared on the screen of Eddie Murphy, himself a former cast member of Saturday Night Live, and Spade exclaimed, "Look, boys, it's a falling star Make a wish! The crack caused the audience to gossip and made Murphy angry at both Spade and SNL for years afterward.

This is the first of many films in which Spade has appeared that was produced by another living companion of Saturday Night Live, Adam Sandler. Most notable among these are the Grown Ups (2010) and Grown Ups 2 (2013) movies, both of which include Spade and Sandler among the lead roles, and both are hits the main box office.
Spade hosted the Teen Choice Awards and SpikeTV's Video Game Awards in 2003. He voiced characters on several episodes of Beavis and Butt-head and produced his own TV series Sammy in 2000 From the year 2002 to 2006, Spade regularly appeared in commercials for Capital One (with Nate Torrence) where he plays a fictitious competitor company employee whose policy of honoring credit card rewards (and almost anything else) is "always absent." Spade has been dating many actresses and celebrities, including Heather Locklear, Julie Bowen, Teri Hatcher, and Naya Rivera, with E! News called him "bachelor of the George Clooney era from the comedy world." She and Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace has a daughter, Harper, born August 26, 2008.
In December 2005, Spade donated $ 100,000 to the Phoenix police department, which provided firearms for officers. Spade also donated $ 200,000 to the Oklahoma tornado aid program on May 20, 2013, and $ 100,000 against the challenge of an ALS ice bucket in 2014.
