Elizabeth Scott (born February 11, 1966) is a Republican member of the Washington Council of Representatives from the 39th legislative district from 2012 to 2017. He did not succeed in running a country house in 2010 in the district's "serious democracy" 21, but has since moved to the 39th district and was first elected to an office there in 2012.

A strong advocate of individual rights and individual freedom, he has been a keynote speaker at the Tea Party show at Everett, Monroe, Olympia, and Puyallup from Tax Day 2009 to the present, speaking to audiences as many as four thousand people. In 2009, Scott served on the Edmonds Citizens Population Levy Committee, where he opposed the proposed billions of dollars worth of taxes. "Self-described Midwest farm girl," Scott is also a member of the Washington State Agricultural Bureau, the National Rifle Association, and Snohomish Chapter of the Citizens Alliance for Wealth Rights.

Campaign 2010

On July 4, Scott announced his candidacy for the 21st Legislative State Representative, 2nd position. On top of two primers, Scott defeated two fellow candidates, a Republican and an independent, to advance to elections against ruling Democrat Marko Liias. He was supported by Republican state leaders including then Attorney General Rob McKenna and US Senate candidate Dino Rossi. In the general election, he reportedly won over 21,000 votes (45.6%), but Liias comfortably won by a margin of about 4,000 votes.

Country Legislator

After losing in 2010, Scott moved to Monroe, in the more rural 39th legislative district. He ran for an open representative, a 2 seat position left by Kirk Pearson, who in turn runs for the open state senate. Scott won second place in two bustling primers against three Republicans and two Democrats, narrowly crawling out of Monroe's mayor Robert G. Zimmerman to face Eleanor Walters first place in the general election. Scott won the November election, 53% to Walters' 47%.

In 2014, re-election, Scott quadrupled his winning margin from 6 percentage points to 24 (63% to 37%).

Campaign Congress

In 2015, Elizabeth Scott announced his candidacy for Washington's First Congressional District, held by the incumbent Suzan DelBene. Scott campaigned for nearly 11 months before suspending his candidacy in May 2016, citing health concerns. Scott was diagnosed with whooping cough in 2016.
