Josh James is an entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of Domo, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. He also previously co-founded and served as Omniture's CEO, a web analytics company.

James attended Brigham Young University in his final year, but did not graduate. Before founding Omniture, James established an interactive agency and two other businesses, which were then sold to WebMediaBrands (formerly known as Jupitermedia) and Verisign. James founded Silicon Slopes, a private-sector initiative promoting the interests of high-tech industries in Utah. James rang the NYSE bell as Omniture went public in 2006. In 2009 he sold the company to Adobe for $ 1.8 billion. James is the eldest of six siblings and often moves because of his father's work in the military and in flight. James serves a two-year mission in Tokyo for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He has six children and is divorced.
