Leonard A. Wilf (born 1947) is an American businessman, president of Garden Homes, co-owner and vice-chairman of Minnesota Vikings football team, and co-owner of MLS Nashville team.

Leonard Wilf was born in GÃÆ'¶ggingen, Germany, son of Holocaust victims Harry Wilf and Judith Wilf (died 2006). From the age of nine, he grew up in New Jersey. Wilf holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University, a law degree from Georgetown University, and a master's degree in taxation from New York University.

With his cousin, Zygi's brother and Mark Wilf, he has a Minnesota Vikings football team. In August 2017, Wilf and his cousin became joint owners of the MLS Nashville team along with investor leader John Ingram. By 2015, the Wilf family has a net worth of about $ 5 billion.

Wilf is chair of the American Society for Yad Vashem (ASYV), and has been at the Board of the Holocaust Memorial Museum of the United States.

Wilf is married to the educator and philanthropist. Marcia Robbins-Wilf. She is the daughter of Saul Robbins, founder of the toy company Remco, and his wife, Ruth. Their divorce talks take 12 years, at a cost of $ 20 million for lawyers and accountants. According to Wilf, "I am divorced, married and have a baby all in one week."
Wilf and his wife Beth have four children and live in New York City. He is a member of Mountain Ridge Country Club at West Caldwell, and a keen golfer.
