Susan M. Moss (born May 26, 1969) is a Partner at Law Firm Chemtob Moss & amp; Forman LLP; a company devoted to family law practice, divorce, pre-marital agreements, and father's clothing. He was born in New York City, NY and grew up in Oceanside, New York. Moss specializes in marriage law and is experienced in settlement negotiations and in cases of litigation through courts and appeals.

Moss received his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania (B. S.E., B.A., 1991). She graduated with Ivan Berg Award and Brownlee Award. He studied at law school at the University of Chicago (J. D., 1994), where he was the Managing Editor of the Roundtable Journal of the University of Chicago. Moss graduated in 1994 with Ann Watson Barber Award.

Susan Moss is currently a Fellow at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a Fellow at the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and Chairman of the Matrimonial Committee of the New York State Women's Bar Association. On many occasions Moss has been appointed as Law Guardian in New York State Supreme Court, New York County. Moss has emerged as a legal analysis on NBC The Today Show and as a guest guest on the Families in Transition cable television show, where he talks about "double immersion" in child support. Other appearances include CNN Headline News, Nancy Grace, and Fox News. He has commented on the Matrimonial Law in New York-based newspapers. In 2008, Moss was listed on List 40 According to 40 Crain.
