Jesse Ventura (born July 15, 1951) is an American media personality, actor, writer, former politician and retired professional wrestler, who serves as the fifth governor of the United States, 38 from Minnesota from 1999 to 2003. He was the first and only member of the Reform Party to win a major government position, but later joined the Minnesota Freedom Party, and later joined the United States Green Party.
