John Bryan Morgan (born March 31, 1956) is an American lawyer. He is the founder of the law of action and personal injury law, Morgan & amp; Morgan.

Biography
In 1988, Morgan founded Morgan & amp; Morgan PA law firm with wife Ultima in Orlando, Florida.
Morgan has been heavily involved in efforts to legalize medical marijuana in Florida. He is chairman of United for Care.
In 2014, Morgan campaigned to pass the 2nd Amendment, which eventually lost by a small margin.
Medical marijuana reappeared as the 2nd Amendment to the November 2016 vote. Morgan contributed greatly to Yes's efforts by donating $ 6.5 million along with television and radio ads that personally supported the move. Amendment 2 approved 71.3% to 28.7%, exceeding the 60% requirement for constitutional amendments.

Political position and activity
Morgan declared in November 2016 that he was considering running for Florida as governor in the 2018 election. On November 24, 2017, Morgan announced on Twitter that he was disappointed with the current state of American politics and left the Democratic Party to register as an independent.
Philanthropy
- Morgan and his wife, Ultima, donate two million dollars to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.
- Morgan donated to Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign.
