A Hearing Notice is a prepared legal document that asks all parties to hear motions and be transmitted by any party. Especially notices contain the time and date for the court clerks to change the schedule and what movements will be attempted. Permission to schedule is not necessary because it keeps the movement protected properly.

This kind of motion occurs after the commencement of action and call and until the last judgment. One example is the movement to decide that the defendant did not respond to a call (to automatically order the accused). Another example is the defendant's movement to reject the call.

Motions need both sides to attend. "Hearing Notice" shall be communicated to all parties regarding: court clerks, plaintiffs and defendants. The requested date should allow all parties on time to prepare. Is proof of shipping required is special.

Local rules determine many things to watch out for. Some special things are the time it takes for the defendant to react to receive notices (for example, two weeks), the approximate time taken in court, and what legal rebuttals and warnings are required.

Often a region has a simple pre-prepared form available with officers and on the internet. Some will be needed.

In the US "Friday folder" is an icon. A writer of "Hearing Hearing" only needs to know which hour on Friday the type of movement they heard (by the presiding judge) and schedule several weeks Friday out of delivery to all parties.
